After the Fall

For an intimate audience of 36 who will promenade through the space and bear witness to the aftermath of Troy, After the Fall is inspired by Euripides’s Hecuba and Trojan Women, and Punchdrunk’s Burnt City.

In Asphodel Meadows, a liminal space between heaven and hell, the souls of the captors and captured, victims and perpetrators emerge to play out the aftermath of the war.

Directed by longterm associate of Punchdrunk Sarah Dowling, it's one of two shows Rose Bruford College are presenting as responses to Greek theatre, the final shows from their MA and MFA actors before they embark on their professional careers.
