Founded in 1965, the Printmakers Council aims to promote the art of printmaking and the work of contemporary printmakers nationally.Green and Pleasant Land is a show featuring work from their members that thoroughly explores the versatility of mark making and the potential for exploring the artists ideas, using all manner of printmaking techniques.Within this comprehensive theme, the artists will show their individual interpretations of the contemporary British environment and landscape. The exhibition will include all manner of subject matter including the figurative through to abstraction. This show is an exciting demonstration of the printmakers’ art.Exhibition Opening
