Rotary Family Festival & Big Help Out gets bigger for 2027 – with two exciting new zones announcedSunday 6th June 2027 | Hove Park | Free entryThe Rotary Family Festival & Big Help Out is already gearing up for an even bigger and more exciting return to Hove Park in 2027 – and stall and entertainer bookings are now officially open!
And the response has been fantastic.But that's not the only exciting news.
Two brand-new zones for 2027Paper Daisy Makers' Fair“Hot off the press, we have secured two fantastic new zones for the 2027 Festival – Sussex Distillers and A Makers' Fair. They will bring something completely new to the Festival and give our visitors even more to see, enjoy and discover during the day.We're really excited about both of them and will be announcing bookings for the two news zones very shortly!” said Pip Weitz, Co-organiser of the Rotary Family Festival & Big Help Out.
The new zones will add to an already growing programme of live entertainment, food, charity and community stalls, local businesses, family activities and volunteering opportunities.Organised by Brighton & Hove Soirée Rotary Club, the Rotary Family Festival & Big Help Out is all about bringing people together.It provides a platform for local charities, community organisations, small businesses and entertainers to showcase what they do, while giving the public a fun and completely free day out.
At the same time, the Festival shines a light on volunteering and the many ways people can contribute their time, skills and energy to their local community.Festival Co-organiser Lyn Spencer adds “We are delighted to be returning to Hove Park, and we are determined to make an even bigger difference in our city.Whether we're giving families a wonderful free day out, helping a local charity raise its profile, providing opportunities for small businesses and makers, or encouraging someone to discover a volunteering opportunity, it's all about making Brighton & Hove an even more connected and vibrant community.”Thousands of visitors are expected to attend the Festival, which forms part of the wider national Big Help Out, encouraging people to discover the benefits of volunteering and get involved in their local community.Put the date in your diary!Whether you're looking for a great family day out, want to discover local charities and community organisations, enjoy live entertainment, sample some fantastic food, browse local makers or simply spend a lovely day in Hove Park, there will be plenty to see and do.
