War, power, and love's loyalty: Verdi's grand operatic masterpiece, Aida, tells the story of an Ethiopian Princess caught in the grasp of slavery and devastation as her beloved country falls under war with the Ancient Egyptians. Her love for the Egyptian Captain, Radames, only furthers her complicated and struggling situation.

Sung in Italian with English surtitles, Aida thrills audience with some of opera's best loved and memorable music, with soloists Susan McNaught, Shaun Dixon and Simone Ibbett-Brown taking the leading roles.

In collaboration with National Youth choir of Scotland, Tayside Opera, Stonehaven Chorus, and other talented members of the community.
