The Byson Family - Scotland on Tour

Meet The Byson Family. Formed in 2019 in Glasgow, Scotland, by front-man Phil Seth Campbell (formally of The Temperance Movement) and long-time friends and collaborators Christian Fleetwood, Chris Russell, Michael McDaid and Allan James.

Born out of a common love of west coast Americana, The Byson Family see these friendships coming together musically - “With Phil attached at last this feels complete, like a real musical family” says Fleetwood. Campbell agrees; “At the first session I thought - this is why I love making music - finding the right words, shouting out in rehearsal rooms, finding all the healing, inspiration and laughter you ever need to be happy, to finally get over yourself.”
