Patchwork Panel Workshop

Tutor Elma Graham will show you how to create a panel of background squares, with the emphasis being on accurate cutting and piecing, to which a stylised design will be added. The piece will be layered like a quilt with both functional and decorative stitching. All machine sewing with a straight stitch! The complete piece will be approximately 32cms x 45cms.

A choice of applique design will be available including seasonal for Christmas, or bring your own ideas. The completed panel can be used as a wall hanging, bag front, table mat or cushion cover.

No experience is necessary.
