New Bristol Sinfonia Summer Family Concert

Our family concert is based on the theme 'Painting a Picture'. Whether that picture is of the rugged Fingal's Cave on the Isle of Staffa (Mendelssohn), the dancing skeletons of Danse Macabre (Saint-Saens), a scene from Hansel and Gretel (Humperdinck) or the a steam train hurtling through the night (Honegger), you are in for a treat. And that's not even mentioning an entire exhibition of pictures, each of which tells a story of its own (Mussorgsky). You are in for a family-friendly treat!

The beautiful grounds at Redmaids' High School will be open to ticket holders for a picnic from 5pm (please bring your own picnic!), and the bar will have a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks available to enjoy.
