Celebrating the life of the late great DJ John Peel (30th August 1939-25th October 2004) with Piranhas Four+, David Lance Callahan and Helen McCookerybook.

The Piranhas recorded four sessions for Peelie, who made a pilgrimage to witness their influential Sunday night gigs at The Alhambra in Brighton. Now known as Piranhas Four+, the latest ska-punk 5 piece version of the band play all the old favourites from the punk era plus a few new songs in classic Piranhas style.

Helen McCookerybook was founder member of the The Chefs and Helen and the Horns, who recorded several sessions for John Peel. Now a solo artist, author and documentary maker Helen performs live all over the UK and Europe.
