Headgate Young Company Workshops - Jan /Feb - individual dates

Devising and writing, Don’t miss out on the great material that we will work on over the next 10 weeks! We aim to nurture individual voices and provide a platform for experimentation and innovation in performance. The weekly workshops from January 2023 will start with work on devising and writing, thinking about ensemble work and physical theatre, and how all of this can help to develop character. The second part of the term will then Focus on American Realism texts, and include work on accent, text analysis, partner working. The group finish with the opportunity to present a piece to an invited audience at the end of series showcase. Workshops run Thursdays 7pm
