Mixed Media is an excellent way to be creative if you like experimenting. It is a visual art form that combines a variety of artist materials and techniques in a single artwork. Discover the richness of the natural world and its patterns using the following artist materials: paints, inks, coloured pencils and pastels. Work on sheets of paper or alternatively make a paper concertina book to work in. This session is led by Lisa Gribbon, an artist printmaker, who studied Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee and Horticulture with Plantmanship at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh.
