Drawing from the Well

Seamus Heaney HomePlace is delighted to host this touring show from the Irish Traditional Music Archive whose programming is imbued with the philosophy of connecting artists with archival material to inspire new art. This specially curated concert sees a host of leading traditional musicians and singers who have connected with the past as their source of inspiration.

This fantastic evening of music, song and dance will feature one of Ireland’s leading traditional harpists Laoise Kelly, Cormac Begley on concertina and jews harp, a vocal performance from Brionn MacGloinn of Ye Vagabonds fame and dance from acclaimed Leitrim performer Edwina Guckian.
