Cropredy Jazz presents Hugh Turner Quartet

One of the funkiest guitarist you'll hear this side of the 70s!

Hugh Turner is a superbly exiting guitarist, his playing is steeped in the blues and the funkier side of jazz - his performances are marked by a highly rhythmic pulse and a cool 70s harmonic edge. Playing alongside Hugh at this concert will be incredible tenor saxophonist, Toliy Vyacheslavov (one of Ukraine's finest musical exports) who has travelled the world performing with various ensembles including Geno Washington, Brothers of Brass and the Ben Portsmouth Band (and Elvis Tribute) and ace drummer Steve Wyndham - Paul Jefferies will play double bass and the foursome will present a varied mix of jazz, blues and funky flavoured tunes.
