Burford Jazz: 7even

'7even'- is an exciting septet led by saxophonist ANDY HOOLEY. The band draws on the sounds of Oliver Nelson's Blues and The Abstract Truth album, as well as cool sounds from the age of Blue Note. This hard-hitting seven piece comprises: Andy Hooley (tenor sax), Andy Mears (alto sax), Ben Cummings (trumpet), Ollie Weston (baritone sax), Jonathan Taylor (piano), Paul Jefferies (upright bass) & Andy Brotherton (drums).
