Twin Cities Celebration Concert

Join us for an exciting celebration of Perth's Twinning with Aschaffenburg, Germany; Cognac, France; Nikopol, Ukraine; the cities of Perth in Canada and Australia; Bydgoszcz, Poland; and Haikou in China.As a fitting finale to the City of Perth Salute, this concert is free and open to everyone.

Drawing on musicians and dancers from across the region, it features Chansons, Perth’s Chamber Choir, Julie Young Dancers, Perth & District Pipe Band, Perthshire Brass, Melomania Obernau and The Spessart Highlanders from Aschaffenburg.From the moving sound of the Pipes, favourite Scottish folk songs old and new, dancing and a rousing finale with all the musicians and dancers coming together to join in a special rendition of Highland Cathedral and Auld Lang Syne, the evening will be a memorable celebration of over 70 years of friendship with cities around the globe.FREE but ticketed
