Beginners Dip Pen Modern Calligraphy Workshop

Join me for a relaxed and creative Sunday where you’ll be gently guided through the beautiful art of dip pen calligraphy.This beginner-friendly workshop is ideal if you’re completely new to calligraphy or want a peaceful refresher.

We’ll begin by getting familiar with the tools - assembling your pen, learning how to dip correctly, and understanding the basics of modern calligraphy.

You’ll then move through simple warm-up exercises designed to build confidence with shapes and strokes.Next, we’ll explore the alphabet, tracing and practising letters, words, and short phrases using my carefully designed worksheets.
