Splendour Festival

Splendour Festival is returning with a major line-up of indie, pop and alternative music to the city’s biggest outdoor live music weekend.Headliners for the 2026 edition include Snow Patrol and The Wombats, joined by a wide-ranging bill featuring Primal Scream, Craig David presenting TS5, Editors, The K’s and The Flaming Lips.

The latest wave of artists also includes Hard Life, The Lathums, Estelle, Cast, Neville Staple from The Specials, Kingfishr, The Futureheads, The Pigeon Detectives, The Sugarhill Gang and Say She She, alongside emerging acts including Divorce and alt blk era.The weekend will feature several stages of live music spanning indie, pop, rock, funk, soul and hip hop, alongside entertainment across the festival site.

Highlights include the return of Day Fever, the daytime disco created by Vicky McClure with Jon McClure and Johnny Owen, as well as DJ sets including Craig Charles and The Beatles Dub Club.Alongside the music programme, the festival will offer a range of activities including the Little Splendours children’s area, silent disco, comedy, fairground rides, an independent market and a variety of street food and drink traders set within the park’s historic surroundings.
