Charity Garden Opening - Threave Garden

The Threave Garden & Craft Fair SGS Open Day is a one-day event at the home of the National Trust for Scotland's School of Heritage Gardening in Dumfries and Galloway, celebrating all aspects of horticulture.

There will be plant nurseries, a craft fair, local producers, and plant-related talks from Threave's Garden Instructors.

In addition to this there will be children's activities.

Threave Garden Cafe, gift shop and plant sales will be open as normal on the day.

Champion Trees: _Acer platanoides_ 'Princeton Gold'; _Carpinus caroliniana; X Cuprocyparis leylandii_ 'Picturesque' and a further 25 Scottish Champion TreesThis is a fundraising event for the open garden charity Scotland’s Gardens Scheme which raises money for hundreds of local charities.
