That was, until a body was discovered in the reference sectionTonight, Detective Chief Inspector Charles Appleby has gathered some very special guests. Some are suspects. Others will help him catch the killerJoin us at Exeter Central Library for an interactive murder mystery presented by Moonstone Theatre Co. Over the course of the evening, youll travel around the Library, meet the suspects, and (hopefully) reveal the truth. All the clues are there to catch our killer, but will they be correctly deduced?The performance begins at 7.30pm, and will end at 9.30pm. Doors are at 7, and there will be a chance to get drinks from our pop-up bar at the start of the show.This is a period piece, set in the late nineties! So feel free to dress in your best 90s getup16+ Only

Please note that the audience will be split into 4 groups that circulate between different rooms. Every effort will be made to keep you with whoever you arrived with (if desired)This is a promenade style interactive performance, which means that there will be some moving between spaces in the Library and some standing. The Library has wheelchair access throughout, with a lift to all floors, and we are very happy to accommodate those with reduced mobility, or who may struggle to stand for long.
