The Urban Folk Quartet

The Urban Folk Quartet are quite simply remarkable.

This vibrant international folk band produce hearty fiddle led music that draws heavily from Celtic music and traditional song but embraces influence from funk grooves to middle eastern melodies, afrobeat to Indian rhythms.

The band are all highly respected musicians in their own right, from Galician fiddler Paloma Trigas, fiery fiddler and showman Joe Broughton, masterful percussionist Tom Chapman, and the brilliant Dan Walsh on Banjo and guitar.
