To celebrate this season of remembering, were bringing a series of captivating events, right to the heart of Ratho.

As part of our communities' programme Paper Trails, in partnership with Edinburgh Libraries, Edinburgh International Book Festival is hosting an exciting selection of authors and historians to explore all things history! In particular; how is history memorialised? How can we engage with local history? How do we understand history through fiction? Taking place at Ratho Library, there will be events suitable for all ages, including a spellbinding event with children's author Elle McNicoll, and three captivating adult events featuring Mary Paulson-Ellis, Alistair Moffat, Claire Mitchell & Zoe Venditozzi.Find out more about Paper Trails over at edbookfest.co.uk [https://www.edbookfest.co.uk/].Paper Trails has been made possible thanks to the generous support of Book Festival funders and supporters, to who we give our thanks. Please note, photography and videography may take place at this event.
