Loss of Power

Britain, 1970.

What is power? Who has it? For how long? Liesl rules her family and decides who does what: daughter Sally is to study medicine, husband Roger is to stand for Parliament (even if backbenchers don’t have the power she thinks they have) where he will stop the strikes and power cuts plunging the country into darkness.

But Liesl is wanted by the West German government as a suspected war criminal.

Is it a case of mistaken identity? Or can one person be two people? Will the past rob her of her power in the present?
