Refugee Week is the world’s largest arts and culture festival celebrating the contributions, creativity and resilience of refugees and people seeking sanctuary.
Coordinated by Counterpoints Arts, the festival brings people together and encourages understanding and connection through arts and culture.Taking place from 15-21 June 2026, this year’s theme is COURAGE.Our Refugee Week Films bring together a thoughtful selection of short films from across the globe.
The films explore themes of home, identity and community, offering a chance to reflect and connect with others.We’ll be screening four short films, free for everyone to enjoy.All films are suitable for families (U or PG certification)English subtitles are included where availableSome films may feature additional languagesJoin us for an evening of continuous film screenings with moments set aside for discussion and Q&A.
