Join us for a relaxed Chat & Tunes session as acclaimed fiddler Adam Sutherland sits down with local dancer Pat Ballantyne, now based in the Netherlands.

A dancer, teacher, author and scholar specialising in traditional Scottish music and dance, Pat is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Elphinstone Institute at the University of Aberdeen.

Together they will share stories from Pat’s dancing journey, explore the inspirations behind her work, and enjoy a few dances along the way.

Expect laughter, fascinating insights and a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the life of a dancer whose work has taken her from Scotland to stages and classrooms across Europe and Canada.
