Langtoun Jazz presents New Town Stompers

New Town Stompers is a dynamic traditional jazz septet, mainly from Edinburgh, and inspired by the ragtime, jazz and blues which dominated American music in the crazy decades leading up to the swing era. NTS is led by Mike Summers, a multi-instrumental Aussie-Brit who has played much early jazz at a professional level and has recently moved up to Central Scotland from London.Line-up:- Mike Summers – cornet
