Improvers Ballet

For those who have some experience of classical ballet, these class are designed to build on your existing knowledge and technique through more challenging barre work than the Beginners class and more complex centre work to develop physical and interpretative skills.

Come along and work on your technique and performance in a relaxed and fun environment.Classes follow the usual structure of barre work, centre practice, allegro and grand allegro with exercises that are built up gently over the weeks to focus on strength, stamina, control and balance as well as interpretation and musicality.This class is designed for those with some previous experience of classical ballet.
