In this illustrated talk we’ll be discovering how to grow and use these, and a garden-ful of other herbs - from basil to winter savory - that we know are safe to use in cooking.There will be recipe tastings, too!The price includes a copy of Maureen’s booklet The Little Booklet of Culinary Herbs for you to keep.ABOUT THE HostMaureen Little has been growing things, on and off, throughout her life.She started knee-high to a grasshopper helping her Dad on his market garden in Sussex and, later in her career, after becoming a professional garden designer, and writing several gardening books - including two on herbs - she ended up owning and running her own plant centre specialising in pollinator-friendly plants and culinary herbs.Gardening-wise, she now concentrates on writing, and giving talks to groups and societies and is a full member of both the Garden Media Guild and Society of Authors.
