Basingstoke Festival of Transport : Car (Bike) Pass

On line ticket purchase for individuals wishing to exhibit their Cars and Motorcycles (including Trikes and Scooters)
As in previous years we are calling on owners of classic and vintage cars and motorcycles to enter their vehicles for static display.
Exhibitor entry from 07:00, must be parked up in display area by 10:00 - Vehicles are not allowed to leave the event until 16:15
Show open to Publlc 11am to 4pm
All individual Cars exhibitors are asked to pay a non refundable fee of £10 for Cars , £7 for Bikes/Trikes/Scooters to enter their vehicle in the show. This is a charitable event with any funds raised going to charities and charitable causes, put on entirely by volunteers. Thank you for your support, without which this event could not take place.

Essential Information :
No vehicle movements between 10:00 and 16.00 (No Access to the Site before 07:00)
Exhibiting Vehicles will not be allowed to leave the site before 16:15
The instructions and guidance from the Festival Marshals (who will all be in hivis jackets) must be followed at all times.The site speed limit is 5MPH at all times
The driver of every vehicle attending the Festival must hold as at the date of the Festival, a valid policy of motor insurance that covers use of the vehicle being driven. This insurance must include any trailer that you will be bringing on site.
Prohibited Items :
Quad Bikes and Electric Scooters are strictly prohibited.
Open fires, barbeques, generators, and gas appliances are all strictly prohibited.
