Flow and Glow is a seasonal yoga session led by Wild Tide Yoga founder Aimée, blending yoga, breathwork and meditation to align body and mind with the Fire element of Summer.
Drawing on the ancient wisdom of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practice focuses on balancing the Heart meridian through heart‑opening movement, uplifting breathwork, gentle flows and guided relaxation leaving participants energised, connected and glowing with Summer’s vibrant energy.
Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel to lie on.
