Sunshine on Leith

Ayr Academy proudly presents ' Sunshine on Leith' , a vibrant and heartfelt musical featuring the iconic songs ofThe Proclaimers.The play follows soldiers Davy and Ally as they return home to Leith and navigate love, family, and the challenges of rebuilding their lives after service in Afghanistan.

Blending humour, emotion, and Scottish soul, the show explores relationships old and newalongside the upheaval faced by Davys parents, Rab and Jean, when a longburied secret resurfaces.After the huge success of Grease last year, this years production is bigger and better than ever.
