A beautiful venue and a great atmosphere to celebrate with friends and coursematesDress Code: Black Tie - This is a strictly Black Tie event. Guests are expected to dress formally and appropriately for the occasion. Entry may be refused to anyone not adhering to the dress code.Ticket Terms & Conditions1. Tickets & EntryAll tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Tickets are valid for one person only and are non-transferable unless explicitly authorised by the organisers.
Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks, compliance with the dress code, and adherence to these Terms & Conditions.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who breaches these Terms & Conditions, venue rules, dress code, or security instructions. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.2. +1 Tickets+1 tickets are limited and subject to availability.
Each +1 ticket must be linked to one registered student and attached to a valid Student Reference Number (SRN) at the point of purchase.
Only one +1 is permitted per student.
Priority for tickets will be given to University of Hertfordshire (UH) students.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or withdraw +1 tickets if eligibility requirements are not met.3. Alcohol PolicyThis event is not licensed for the sale or supply of alcohol under the Licensing Act 2003.
Alcohol must not be brought onto the venue site under any circumstances.
Alcohol will not be sold, supplied, or provided at this event.
Any attendee found bringing, possessing, or attempting to consume alcohol on site will be required to leave immediately and escorted off the premises, with no refund.4. Security & Venue RulesProfessional security staff will be present on site and may carry out checks in line with venue policy.
Entry and continued attendance are subject to venue rules, security procedures, and conditions of entry.
