This accomplished harpist and singer-songwriter shares a programme as varied as her influences – from jazz, swing and pop to timeless classics.

Irene brings a wealth of experience from performing and teaching across Europe, the Middle East and the USA.

With a PhD in Ethnomusicology from Aberdeen University, she combines scholarship with artistry,Irene’s deep love of Scottish music shines through in beautiful slow airs, lilting songs and lullabies, alongside lively jigs and dance tunes.

Expect an eclectic mix, engaging stories about the origins of the songs, and a performance that’s as entertaining as it is heartfelt.
