William Walters organised the legendary Bass Brewery outings to seaside resorts, including Scarborough, from the 1860s until 1914.

Join him for a day out in Edwardian Scarborough to sample some of the delights of the town! Featuring Tim Tubbs with music from harp and guitar duo The Blow-ins (Bridget Cousins and Phil Bennett).This is the premiere performance of Mr Walter's Excursion and is the opening event of Big Ideas By The Sea 2026.Part of the Scarborough 400 celebrations!
