(A) Yes, all tickets must be purchased in advance.(Q) DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKETS?
(A) It is better if you can as it will speed up entry, however, if you do not have access to a printer, tickets can be shown at the doors on your mobile phone.(Q) CAN I CHANGE THE DATE AND TIME OF MY BOOKING TO ANOTHER PERFORMANCE?
(A) Yes, it is possible to do this. You will need to send an email to boxoffice.circustickets@gmail.com with details about the tickets you have booked,(include - your booking reference number, your name, how many tickets purchased, which date and performance you have booked for, and your postcode). State which date and time you wish for tickets to be changed to.(Q) HOW LONG DOES THE SHOW LAST?
(A) This year's brand new show is a 60-minute non-stop production, so be sure to grab your drinks and snacks on the way in.(Q) WHAT IS A 'RELAXED PERFORMANCE (SEN)'?
(A) A SEN performance (Special Educational Needs) or a Relaxed Performances is designed to welcome people who will benefit from a more relaxed performance environment, including people with an Autism Spectrum Condition, sensory and communication disorders, or a learning disability. They are also suitable for introducing children to their first experience of a performance in a circus environment. This will include lower music levels, no loud bangs or jumps, and the lights will remain on during a show.
