Exciting jazz guitarist delivers a show with a funkier side!

The funkier side of jazz! Reading based guitarist Hugh Turner www.hughturnerguitar.com is one of the UK’s finest exponents of funk jazz. His guitar playing is forthright, bluesy edged and highly rhythmic. We’ve engaged Hugh to mix his ‘funk’ repertoire with some well known jazz classics to provide an evening of high-octane music that will have you itching to move, tap or perhaps grab your air-guitar! To keep things fulsome and energetic we’ve added a second brilliant guitarist Nial Tompkin, bassist Paul Jefferies and master drummer Steve Wyndham to the mix.
