Treetop Flyers debut album, The Mountain Moves, "effortlessly captures the spirit of late-1960s west coast pop-rock: the Byrds and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young" (The Guardian) and the band "share with Midlake, custody of a brood of Buckingham/Nicks-era Fleetwood Mac licks, likewise the Mac's mood of unrequited yearning." (Q).

This was followed up with tours across the UK, Europe and the USA, featuring performances at Glastonbury and SXSW. The band have since toured and supported Vetiver, Caitlin Rose, The Lumineers and shared festival bills with Van Morrison and Bob Dylan.

The band released their fourth album Old Habits last year, taking influences from the likes of the Faces, Van Morrison, George Harrison, The Who, Ronnie Lane and Traffic moving away from the American West Coast vibe of their previous albums to focus and develop a sound that encapsulates the energy and feel of London and classic British Rock n Roll.

effortlessly captures the spirit of late-1960s west coast pop-rock: the Byrds and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. British influences can be heard: there are hints of the Faces or the Rolling Stones swagger in Laurie Sherman's classic-rock guitar licks, and sublime opener Things Will Change dips into 1980s winsome indie ★★★★ THE GUARDIAN
