The Lost Art Of Keeping A Secret

By George Ryder & Brodie Husband The play takes place over six months as five university students move into their new home, each with the intention of leaving behind their troubled pasts towards a brighter future. However, unable to shake off their fears and self-destructive behaviours, they struggle to be open with themselves or others and very quickly find themselves in a melting pot of anger and desperation, with one character in particular struggling to keep control of their mind. What starts as a comedic piece of social realism slowly devolves to more gothic themes that guide the audience away from reality and into a mild dream state.
