"Take the Mic" night

Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership [https://bdcpartnership.co.uk/] and Bradford College [https://www.bradfordcollege.ac.uk/] are collaborating to host a "Take the Mic" night. The evening looks to promote a safe space for young people (16+) to express themselves and reinforce that it's okay to speak about how you feel.

The night will take place on 10 May, from 4:30 to 7pm, in the Art Gallery, Lister Building, Bradford College.

Listen to performers (rap, song, poetry) using words to express their feelings and experiences and find out about different mental health support in Bradford and Craven.
