St Giles Orchestra Summer Concert - Borodin, Glinka, Svendsen

Come and join us for an exciting evening of music starting with Glinka’s sparkling ‘Overture to Ruslan and Lyudmila’, followed by an exotic journey into Borodin’s ‘Steppes of Central Asia’. After a detour to visit Norway’s fjords with Svendsen’s charming ‘Symphony no. 2’, we finish in the land of Prince Igor and the vivid colours of Borodin’s ‘Polovtsian Dances’. A concert not to be missed!
