On Tuesday 3rd October, we are thrilled to welcome the astonishing Sharon Shannon to the Irish World Heritage Centre.

Sharon, a fantastic button accordion player from Co. Clare, has multi-platinum album sales and numerous number one albums and singles, including her album Galway Girl which went 4 times platinum in Ireland and the title track becoming the most downloaded song for two years running.

Sharon Shannon has recorded and toured with great musicians such as Shane MacGowan, Bono, Sinead O’Connor and The Chieftains.
