Russ Winstanley's Northern Soul Night

A Northern Soul legend will be taking over the Red Brick for a special event, Russ Winstanley will be hosting a classic Northern Soul night full of singing, reminiscing and most importantly, dancing!

Known for being the resident DJ at The Casino Club, over four million people passed through the venue, which ran four nights per week. Both Wigan Casino and Russ Winstanley won many awards for best venue and best DJ. In 1997, Winstanley compiled Telstar Records northern soul album Soul Survivors.

Russ will be Bringing a collection of artists along with him to create the perfect afternoon full of all the different aspects of Nothern Soul. Including DJ's Alan King and Johnny Boy, as well as a special dance workshop detailing all the classic moves and routines for you to get involved in or just admire. A fantastic night not to miss out on!
