Rise 2024: Movement Play Workshop For Families

Embark on a movement journey suitable for the whole family, from little ones to grandparents! Get ready to kick off your shoes and socks as we connect and explore new ways of moving.

Get playful with paper! Are you prepared to scribble and colour with your body? To crumple, fold, and stretch yourself and your loved ones? Or create some pop-up shapes together?

Led by Ruth Kent, Dance North’s Participation Lead, this workshop promises a delightful adventure for everyone aged 3 years and up. Drawing inspiration from the work of Club Origami, who will be performing directly after this session.

Remember, adults must bring a child and children must bring an adult!
