Puss in Boots

Join us for an evening of magical music including Montsalvatge’s lively short opera based on the classic fairytale, complete with a king, a princess, a magical ogre and a happy ending.

From its opening, Montsalvatge’s music is energetic, tuneful and full of catchy rhythms, lush melodies and feline musical effects!

MWO’s production features 5 singers, singing in English, and 5 players showcasing a new chamber arrangement by Jonathan Lyness. The second half will feature a cabaret style collection of popular and entertaining musical items featuring all the performers.
