Mozart Requiem and Brahms Symphony no 2

Welcome to our very Special Spring concert. The ever-popular Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of Michael Bell, will perform Brahms Symphony no 2- perhaps his sunniest. The orchestra will then be joined by Llandaff Cathedral Choral Society, with conductor Simon Lovell-Jones and soloists Anna Grieve, Eirlys Myfannwy Davies, Sam Madden and Meilir Jones, for a performance of the Mozart Requiem - his final masterpiece, shrouded in mystery and dictated from his deathbed to his rival, Salieri (according to the film Amadeus....).
