So IKEA may have put Scandi meatballs firmly on the culinary map but our Smorgasbord of traditional Swedish delights also includes Pickled cucumber salad, Pittipanka sausage hash with a comforting tray of Jansson’s Temptation potatoes finished off with Kladdkaka - Sticky chocolate oat cake - all with the guidance of our resident chef who is half Scandinavian!
