La Festa Italian Regional Dinner - Cagliari, Sardinia

Our series of La Festa events continues with Cagliari, Sardinia on the 16th May. Our dinner feasts of Italy are an exploration of the regions of the food capital of the world, where we navigate you through five courses of Italian cuisine like a local.

Sardinia is the second largest Island in the Mediterranean Sea, after Sicily, and the Sardinian cuisine is vast and varies by landscape. In the mountains and inland areas, dishes revolve around meat and cheese; along the coast it’s all about seafood. ​​​​​​​ On this food culinary tour of Cagliari, Sardinia dishes will be from the region and packed with flavour, full of fresh ingredients and a celebration of everything this sunny Island has to offer.

This event includes 5 courses, plus an aperitivo drink on arrival and a digestivo to finish.
