Joshua Reynolds Tercentenary Celebration

We’ll be celebrating 300 years since Joshua Reynolds’ birth so join us at Knole to discover the work of Reynolds and enjoy paintings by him and other artists in the showrooms.

After exploring the historic collection of art at Knole, including the Reynolds Room filled with his work, why not follow in Reynolds’ footsteps and try your hand at portrait drawing. Whether you ask a member of your family to model for you or you want to try a self-portrait, we’ll have the materials and easels all ready to go. And of course there’ll be birthday cake to mark the occasion.
