A brand new and exciting comedy club for Lowestoft, bringing you the very best in talent from across the UK. Hooma Comedy and East Point Pavilion present Lowestoft Comedy Club on the first Friday of the month (except for this month).

Tim FitzHigham Tim has played comedy clubs and festivals all over the world, both as an MC and in headline slots. He is one of the UK's most in demand MCs. He has also developed several award-winning solo shows, and an award winning show featuring the work of 50's and 60's musical legends Flanders and Swann.

Prakash Jirjadhun The bold and boisterous comedian who has been leaving audiences in stitches at comedy clubs and bars across the dynamic landscapes of Brighton and London. With a comedic style that is unapologetically blunt and over-the-top, Prakash fearlessly navigates the realms of humour, daring to push boundaries and challenge norms. Prakash’s comedic prowess lies in his ability to divide the room, skillfully pointing out the differences between various cultures. His sharp and candid observations serve as a comedic mirror, reflecting the quirks and idiosyncrasies that make us all wonderfully unique. Yet, in this seemingly divisive journey, Prakash manages the extraordinary feat of uniting his audience through the universal language of laughter. Hazel Donovan Winner of Chucklmania Gong Champion 2023, Hazel hails from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and started gigging in 2022 and is loving every second of it. Hazel’s style of comedy will take you on a journey of misadventure, misfortune, misunderstandings and it's nice to know that she’ll be the last person the audience see right before going into therapy.

Martin Westgate (MC) Martin is fast becoming a staple of the East Anglian comedy scene and beyond. An accomplished MC and performer Martin is making waves in the comedy scene gigging for some of the most recognised promoters in the country. Martin approaches gigs the way he approaches most things in his life, wittily, with jokes and quickly. He brilliantly rinsed David Walliams on Britain’s Got Talent, and is more than capable of stepping away from the jokes and dealing with the audience when needed. Proud Norfolk boy flying the flag for Nelson’s County, even in strong winds (well he’s got the grip strength). Martin is one of the 'go to' acts in Norfolk, an accomplished MC and is resident MC of Norfolk based Hooma Comedy Club. He has written and performed stand up sets and sketches for the BBC New Comedy Show, hosted the Sense of Hooma Podcast; and the online show 'Sunday Roast'. supporting Gary Meikle and Carl Hutchinson on their Norwich legs of their tours.
