HotR is the club night that launched the Carlton club on it's path to being one of the best independent venues in Manchester. Influenced by the city's underground club scene the idea was simple to the DJs: play the best tunes that make the dance floor move but in the suburbs. And nearly 2 decades on this ethos still holds true. The dance floor is probably the most diverse in age range where 20 years olds do dance with people who went to raves 'back in the day'.
