Fèis an Eilein – The Poozies

Contemporary Scottish folk band, The Poozies, have been pushing musical boundaries for over 30 years with a whirlwind of festivals, tours and celebrity occasions. They are famous for exhilarating sets of original tunes and an eclectic mix of songs, all bursting with energy, seduction, rascality and invention.

The band is anchored by the glorious bass of the electro-harp and swings expertly between innovative tune sets featuring monster twin fiddles and powerful, punchy guitar, and a diverse range of songs with delectable 5-string banjo and luscious vocal harmonies.
