Fèis an Eilein – Roddy Woomble

Born in 1976 in the west of Scotland, Roddy Woomble travelled extensively through his childhood, living in France and the United States before settling in Edinburgh to study photography, where he met his Idlewild band mates. After stints in both London and New York City, Roddy now lives in Glasgow.

Roddy is widely regarded as one of Scotland’s finest songwriters. Known for his enigmatic lyrics, warm baritone voice and consummate gift for a tune.

Almost Nothing is his latest work. We can’t wait to welcome Roddy to Fèis an Eilein!
